WVU Arts & Entertainment

As a Graphic Design Major at the CCAC, I have always been around the productions as they are getting ready or seeing people buy tickets at the box office, and I have wanted to be a part of it. As an art student and a native of West Virginia, I understand the importance of WVU Arts and Entertainment, as it offers fantastic performances/entertainment to our community. I am interested in an internship because my skillset would be perfect for the position, and I pride myself in my strong work ethic and communication skills.

I started at this department as a Ticketing Intern in January of 2024, and the position of Multi-Media Intern Designer became available, and in May of 2024 I began my design position. WVU Arts and Entertainment is an incredibly important department at West Virginia University, which focuses on student programming and events that keep them engaged and a part of the WVU community. Our department is responsible for Mountaineer Week, WVUpAllNight, TEDxWVU, Fall Fest, and more. During my time at the department, I have primarily designed for WVUpAllNight, where I am responsible for creating all new materials every week, which include web features, vertical infostations, horizontal infostations, social graphics for X and Instagram, Video content, photobooth backgrounds, and more.
